There are some products that are developed by the military and then go to the civilian field (such as GPS), and others that are developed for civilian activities and end up being used by the military as well.

The latter is the case of electric bicycles, which are already being used by some armed forces, including the Ukraine for its war with Russia.

The electric bicycle is not a combat tool, but it is a very interesting vehicle to help a few people move quickly and silently from one place to another.

It weighs little so it can be transported in any vehicle, it can travel up to almost 100 km at a speed close to 50 km/h, it does not make any noise when moving, and is therefore a very useful tool for military surveillance work.

There are many models of electric bicycles for military use on the market, and more than 6 countries are officially using them.

The bicycle is a vehicle that began to be used by the armed forces more than 100 years ago, and that time left somewhat pushed away; but with electrification it has become a totally different vehicle due to its ease of handling and versatility of use.

From what I've read, the US forces are also thinking of adopting them for certain missions.

The bicycle, which used to be a niche market with certain limitations, when it became electric, its use has grown a lot in recent years, and today it is one of the reference vehicles for changing personal mobility in cities.
