The benefits of large companies: This is a robbery, hands up

What is happening around the world with the increase in the prices of most items is a shame that our leaders consent to, because they care more about protecting the profits of large corporations than the rights of their citizens.

I explain myself. We have all been suffering for many months from the increase in the prices of our consumer goods, and the explanations given are very varied: the war in Ukraine, the shortage of chips, the problems of the logistics chains, etc…. and I think they do it to keep us entertained and fooled

Because the truth is quite another, and it has been shown when the big companies have presented their income statements and their enormous profits. Benefits that haven’t been known in the last 30 or 40 years.

Gasoline, gas, etc. are rising, and the largest oil companies are making profits 235% higher than the previous year. The reason is very simple, they have raised prices excessively because they can and they do it.

The economy suffers and the stock markets fall, but on the other hand the big financial companies obtain record profits for themselves, their directors and their shareholders.

They raise the price of food for us, but the producers continue to charge almost the same, and the benefits go to the large distribution companies.

The cost of living is rising at a rate that is difficult for wage earners to keep up with, and soon they will tell us that wages must be contained so that the cost of living does not increase even more. And of course all pensions around the world will lose a part of their purchasing value.

Today we are all a little poorer, except for the big companies that are much richer and more powerful. And the most unfortunate thing is that it seems that nobody is going to limit this situation.

You can see many analyst reports that explain it in more or less words, but the situation does not change. Lots of explanations and no action from our leaders.

And if you think about it a little more, you understand it. Politicians when they are in power, look for where they are going to go when their period of power ends, and it is convenient for them to be on good terms with the powerful so that they find a well-paid "hole" for them. That is why they let them do as they please, regardless of what they say to their voters.
