I have to admit that on many occasions I feel hopelessness when I see how the Climate Crisis is evolving, and although I think that because of my age it will not affect me much, I feel sorry for my grandchildren and all their generation.

And since whatever happens in 30 years or more I will not be here to see it, I am not resigned to losing hope and becoming bitter about what is left of my life. I think we have to be positive, trust in humanity (despite the current reality), and not lose hope that things can change for the better.

It's not about being a foolish optimistic, but rather seeing reality by focusing on the positive things. Because negative things predominate in the news we receive, since they are the ones that sell best, and they can cloud our thinking.

Thinking positively is not easy, and you have to make a relative effort to achieve it. But we must think that those who do not have hope end up bitter, and that is not the best way to live.

Maintaining hope means stopping to think, and maintaining a positive perspective on everything around us. Renewable energy technology is becoming increasingly affordable and efficient, and there is a growing global movement of people demanding change.

It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of the Climate Crisis, but it's important to remember that you can't control everything. Instead, focus on the things you can change, such as your own actions and those of the people around you. And try to convey what you think to the people closest to you.

It is important to recognize and celebrate the progress that is being made to combat climate change, and the new companies, projects and products that are emerging on the market. This can help keep you motivated and hopeful for the future.

I insist that it is not about being a blind optimist, but rather an informed optimist with the hope that things can improve. And continue putting our drop of water into the immense sea that is needed, to try to be as happy as possible.

I wish you the best. But above all, be optimistic, informed and happy.
