I have to admit that I love robots and I have always seen them with a promising future, but that is now a reality that is becoming more established every day.

I have also liked the robotic ideas that have come out of the Boston Dynamics company, and despite the fact that the company has been sold twice, they continue to prove to be at the cutting edge of robot technology.

The latest demonstration has been to make their humanoid robots (they call them Atlas) capable of doing Parkour exercises that very few humans are capable of.

We have to understand that these are pure demonstration exercises that robots in general do not have to do, but they demonstrate the capabilities of their sensors and control systems. A robot that is capable of doing pirouettes in the air is also capable of recovering from a fall and the like.

Doing Parkour exercises is not the goal, but to demonstrate the means they have to do complex things. I think that's the message: to say that it is a robot capable of complex functions, and that is what the robot business is all about.

Manufacturing robots is a task that requires developed technological means of both design and manufacturing, and the companies that make them are at the cutting edge of industrial technologies.

I found it very interesting to show you a video of how robots are made, and it can be seen at: https://youtu.be/EezdinoG4mk

I hope you enjoy it.
