In these times when many people are given over to predicting huge job losses in the coming years due to AI, I think it is a good time to reflect calmly and a little coldly to separate the dust from the chaff.
That the new technologies that AI brings us will affect our way of life seems to be more than evident. But it is not at all clear neither how nor when.
And most of what is published are mere estimates that are not based on real data, but on hypotheses of things that could happen, but could also happen in other ways. It's partly just talking for the sake of talking.
People who work generally want to keep their job in the best possible way, and are the most interested in trying to adapt to the new times that are coming. And do it with intelligence and without fear.
Something fundamental to maintaining employment is adapting to the changes that come in a proactive way, learning to use these new tools and being open to new trends. In short, being an active part of that change using AI as a weapon to improve.

Something very important between people are the human relations, and that is something that a machine can hardly do. It is important for a worker to be able to visualize his work by contacting people, publishing articles on the networks, etc... actions that give him visibility and an image of professionalism.
Acting creatively is also important, and especially if we do it collaborating with other colleagues, since that is something that a machine will hardly do. And in this way we also show ourselves as valuable people in our activity. There is no need to be afraid or ashamed of "selling yourself", because we all do it in one way or another, even without realizing it.
Communication in the business world is vital, and that is something that AI will have a hard time doing in a human way. Instead of focusing on more or less repetitive tasks (even if they are of high value) such as routine reports, etc… one should focus on developing interpersonal communication skills, new communications of new ideas, etc…
In companies, people who are capable of working with other people from other departments for internal and external improvement processes are highly valued. Machines will have a hard time understanding the complexities of human relationships and the real world, and there a person is an important asset.
The opportunities are many for people with intelligence and vision to adapt to the new times that come, and the arrival of AI can be as good as any other.
