Laying off part of its workforce is a measure to reduce costs and ensure long-term sustainability. Although it is a very harsh measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I understand that ZF's decision is a reflection of the current situation of the global automotive industry.
