And Google just demonstrated it not long ago with a serious internal reorganization to strengthen its work (and projects) around AI. You could say that it is another giant that adapts to the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The world is changing by leaps and bounds, driven by the unstoppable force of artificial intelligence (AI). And companies, like living organisms, must adapt or perish. Google, aware of this, has made a crucial decision: to reorganize internally to enhance its focus on AI. This initiative, far from being a simple structural change, represents a strategic shift that can change the direction of the company towards the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google's reorganization materializes in the creation of a new division called &nbsp;<strong>\u00abPlatforms and Devices\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp; . This division integrates software and hardware teams, as well as AI research, with the aim of unifying efforts and promoting innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leading this new unit is Rick Osterloh, who previously led the Android, Chrome and ChromeOS group. This means users can expect more personalized, efficient and intuitive experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stronger competition in the AI market: It seems clear that Google wants to position itself as a strong competitor in the AI market, directly rivaling the rest of the companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New challenges and opportunities for employees: The reorganization involves changes in the organizational structure and in the responsibilities of employees. It will surely open up new opportunities for those with AI skills and experience, while others will fall by the wayside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of this is a reflection of the transformation that the entire technology industry and, in fact, the entire world is experiencing. AI is disrupting every aspect of our lives, from the way we work to the way we communicate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For businesses, AI represents both a challenge and an opportunity. Those that are able to adapt and harness the power of AI will be the ones that thrive in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google, with its new reorganization, behind which others will almost certainly come, has taken an important step in this direction, but the future remains to be seen and no one is assured.
